Thanks for considering metal. To the best of my knowledge, 6:12 is adequate pitch for all metal shingles / modular panels. Contacting the manufacturers of products you like is probably a great next step. I'd suggest sending them photos of your home to verify that their products are appropriate, and then asking them who works with their products in your area.
As Todd has indicated, stone coated steel panels generally are allowed to be installed as low of slope as 3:12 (there are a couple of profiles where the minimum is 4:12) so, your 6:12 will accommodate the minimum requirements.
First finding a worthy contractor and price has been dauting. I have Cedar Shake but I am looking to replacement possibly Decra or Boral Stone coated metal. The HOA does not allow sheets of metal. Is my 6/12 Pitch 3800 sq ft roof a candidate? Palm Beach (Help)
