Hello.
Our house was built in 1927. We have a metal roof over the second story, and also a metal roof over the first story sunroom. The space above the sunroom has been screened in for many years as a sleeping/upstairs porch. The paint on the floor/roof is peeling badly (it may not have been done properly in the first place). The roof appears sound (no leaks). How do we get it repainted? Would a roofer typically do this kind of work? Or would we hire a painter (the last painter we hired refused to have anything to do with the porch!) What kind of process and paint should be used for a roof that gets foot traffic?
Thanks a lot - I know this is an obscure question.
