we currently have a wood fascia on the perimeter of a commercial building. it is flat vertical surface running horizontally around the perimeter. we would like to know if installing a metal roofing material would be practical? we are looking for low to no maintenance. three sides do get quite a bit of sun so color fastness is important.
Suggestions are appreciated.
