I ambuilding in the Caribbean, where galvanize is widely used, however, i am installing a sky light, and i am not sure how to seal it.Also we are used to using galvanize nails, but i have bought galvanize screws with the washer, and would like to know if holes have to be predrilled for the screws.

The screws are the easy answer. Typically they will self drill however the pros like to pre drill the sheets so that the screws line up correctly.
I can't remember how many people that I have helped with skylights and I wish all manufacturers would publish them. Try and lay your roof sheets out so that they centre on the skylight. Install one sheet from the eaves to 12" minimum above the skylight, cutting out for the skylight leaving 3" on metal on the two sides and bottom to bend up against the sklight. Form a pan flashing from flat sheet across the top of the skylight so that it is 12" up the roof and at least 3" up the top side of the skylight. Make it wider than the skylight and seal it to the first sheet with caulking. Then install the upper sheet over leaving it 3-4" back from the skylight and sealing it to the flashing.
