On painted products, there are many matte finish options available as well as textured and multi-hued finishes which also have lower gloss. Another option is stone-coated products which are also quite low gloss.

There are different levels of gloss available, you may have to check with a few different manufacturers to find one with the level of gloss you like. Look at the websites for some of the manufacturers in the manufacturers section of this site. They'll generally have low gloss or low sheen colors listed on their color chart if they stock them. After that pick a panel profile and color you like and request color chips. You'll want an actual color chip to confirm that the gloss level is acceptable, as good as color charts are they don't always accurately portray the differences in gloss.
