Finishing details

Is this the type of finishing details I should expect after installation is complete? Is this generally acceptable quality in the metal roofing application?

This is not the prescribed gable method that my company puts out with our standing seam. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer of your roofing to see if this is what they prescribe.

Thank you Todd. I tried and I was told they do not talk to home owners. I also asked if an installation has any barring on their product warranty and was told no, essentially they don't care how's its installed...

That is very wrong and irresponsible of them in my opinion. Who did you say, again, was the manufacturer? Metal Sales Manufacturing makes a panel very similar to what is on your roof. Their installation details are available on their website ... that might give you some fodder as you work through this with your contractor.

ABC...American Building Components. I have no expertise and am just seeking knowledge as to if my roof has been installed properly and with craftsmanship. It sure looks really bad...I only posted a couple of areas of concern...there are many many more. I will check out metal sales for their install details. Thank you.
