I have a shed dormer with a 4/12 pitch that ties into a 10/12 pitch larger roof. It does not tie in at the peak, rather it ties in about 4 ft down. I'm not sure how to flash the outer edged where the shed dormer eaves meet the larger roof. I'll be using standing seam panels. The middle section of the shed dormer where it's just a slope transition I have no problem with....just how/what to do at the edges. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Photo attached.

You will need to terminate the standing seam with a Z channel where it runs along the sides of the dormer and then a wall flashing extends up the walls of the dormer, locking over the top leg of the Z.
