Can you put layment on OSB and then Metal with out worring about moisture? Will the metal have condensation that will cause the OSB to rot or cause the metal to rust?

The key to this is having good ventilation along the bottom side of the decking. But, yes, this is done regularly.

Ideally, the metal should have some sort of slip layer to allow the panels to expand and contract across the roof deck while preserving the finish on the back side of the metal.
