I have a nine year old modular home in adobe style with a flat roof. We have had problems with leaks since we moved in and would like to know if there is any way we could put a metal roof on it with or without changing the appearance of the house. The house is on a foundation.

There are mechanically seamed standing seam metal roofs which can be used on roofs of pitch as low as 1/4:12,

Either a mechanical double lock standing seam roof or build some slope with a tapered ISO or added structure.
