So, I'm getting conflicting info on my question; Can a standing seam roof be applied to a bell-cast, or flared eave?
I'm talking about an existing roof which I am extending the eaves out and would like to use a bell-cast instead of a simple pitch change.
Can I still have kynar painted standing seam installed on a roof with the lower 30 in or so bell-cast?

This is difficult and may require curved and/or tapered panels.
I would definitely decide on the product and manufacturer first and then get their input on the roof design.
