Chris, this sounds like a condensation issue and also potentially an issue of the right product not being used for this application.

this manufactured home is 40 x 75 and had old roll on metal rofing with no vents the only vents on the house are the vents on the A frame walls for the atic i put new metal roofing on it and now it seems to be leaking but dose not always coralate with the rain i have caulked everything almost and have no idea what to do the sheets are wet under neath how much ventalation do i need and can i put it on the side of the house

There may be a way to add enough ventilation to that attic space to remove the moisture or I would also recommend looking into sealing up the attic floor.
