What insulation method would you recommend to prevent condensation in this 400 sf shop? See attached photo.

Fiberglass is cheapest, foam works best.
Insulation followed by a vapor barrier/retarder should stop the sweating.
Vapor barrier/retarder will need to be air tight to the roof. Any leaks will lead to condensation.
