We have a 10,000 sq. ft. metal building in Tallahassee, FL. I am looking for a variety of ways to cool it in the summer for our employees. As our roof needs repair work, I was wondering if a new coating of some sort might help to reflect the heat. Any ideas?

There are several paints available that have lower emissivity ratings to control infrared heat.

Creating a vented airspace by using a product like Roofhugger would also be helpful.
