Is there an option to spray the underside with polyicynene foam?

We have a metal roof installed over an existing roof. Condensation is always there and it is starting to leak through the ceiling.The building is a dance studio and the roof is appox 40 ft long by 20 ft wide there is a vent on either end but the middle of the roof freezes up at night time and leaks in the day time. What can I do the roof is only 2 yrs old.
