I AM WONDERING, IF THIS METAL ROOF IS GOING TO WORK:
1:12 OVER MOST OF THE ROOF WITH THE PITCH CHANGING TO A 3:12 AT THE TOP FIVE FEET.
WHICH SORT OF ROOFING MATERIAL DOES THIS REQUIRE- DOES IT HAVE TO BE STANDING SEAMS, WHICH KIND OF WATERPROOFING UNDERNEATH THE METAL?

The 1:12 area will require a mechanically seamed standing seam. Underlayment will be as required by code or the manufacturer of the roofing.
