The manufacturer tells me that there will be a galvanic reaction if the Galvalume metal roofing comes in contact with Aluminum flashings on my existing roof and if rain should drip off of the lead flashing around my chimney. How can I isolate the lead flashing without replacing it? Will painting the lead flashing effectively block any reaction from occuring? Will there be a reaction if the Galvalume eave trim comes in contact with my aluminum wrapped fascia? Thanks for your help once again.

There will be no galvanic reaction between Galvalume and aluminum. Galvalume is 80% aluminum by volume. Lead, however, is a different issue. You should prvent rainwater from dripping off exposed lead flashing onto your Galvalume roof. Talk to the folks at your local paint store to see if they can suggest a non-porous paint that you can coat the lead flashing with to seal it.
