I am building a 12 X 16 X 8 storage building w/ a gambrel roof and intend to roof it w/ metal roofing applied to plywood decking covered w/ 15 lb roofing felt and w/some of the "new" ultra-thin reflective bubble insulation under the metal. I am worried about condensation. I do not intend to heat the building, but maybe some AC when extreme. You know, it was 102 here lat week.

Based upon what you have told me I do not think you will have issues. I'd like to see some ventilation but in your exact case, especially since this is a storage building and should not have a lot of moisture generating activities going on inside, I think you will be okay.
