I have an ALCOA aluminum shingle roof that certainly should qualify for an insurance rate reduction but the roof was installed about 25 years ago and the installation company has since gone out of business. I need someone to certify my roof so that I am able to reduce my insurance rates. I need a contact in my area who can certify my roof. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have been trying to find someone to do this for several years now.

The TDI regulation allowing discounts for impact resistance rated roofs allows only for roofs meeting the program requirements and manufactured after the regulation took place.
That regulation took place approximately 14 years ago so your roof pre-dates it.
