I am not sure you have the REQUIRED MINIMUM pitch of 3:12 for most metal roofs. Some call for at least 4! Only once in my life i saw a mobile home with like 3.5 pitch and shingles on it. Usually they all are low pitch or flat, which requires a flat roofing membrane such as IB Roof. But, assuming you do have a 3 pitch, i'd recommend tear-off downt to the deck, install Ice and Water Shield - grace is considered the best by most roofers I know. I&W will insure that any water that gets under metal roof will not enter the house. Than put some synthetic underlayment and a Metal roof of your choice. I have my own preferences, but do not know if i can name those here. Also do not forget about some king of ventilation. Good Luck.
