I have bought some land with a 40x84 pole barn. It was used as a barn. Has no insulation and dirt floor. Sweats bad now. I plan to put a concrete floor and insulate with the white blanket insulation on the walls and on the bottom of the truses. It has the ridge cap with a foam seal between it and the metal. should I remove the foam to increase ventilation in the attic area? Any other advice. I plan to use it as a work shop.
