I'm building a camp and wondering if I can install corrugated roof over treated lumber my concern will treated lumber cause the metal too corrode?

if the lumber is treated with anything containing copper(ACQ, CCA etc) it will corrode the panels AND fasteners.
If the panel you're planning to use will span open purlins, you can strip it out with 2 x 4's but you will still need to use stainless or specially coated fasteners to attach anything to the treated lumber.
