I have a question on what to use for flashing on my Breezeway where the roof meets the garage roof. The breezeway is angled, so each of the four rooflines have different angles, but the front two walls run into the garage and house walls. The rear two walls run away from the roof, so water will not be a problem. It looks like I need to install something like a 90 degree flashing up against the wall and then cut the metal roofing back a little in order to give the water and leaves room to run off from the roof. Please advise.

You need to flash up the wall so it will extend under the sidewall system. The flashing then should come out underneath the roofing for several inches, with a little return flange on the edge that would channel water down the roof.
