I'm looking at a 40 x 60 Wooden Quonset that needs a new roof. It curently has what looks like felt interlocking shingles on it, and in some locations it has be repaired with standard 3 tab shingles. I would like to redo the roof with metal. (so that I would never have to do it again) What would you recomend? I was thinking about a V rip Galvanized tin roof, but I'm not sure if it would bend to the shape of the roof without kinking it.

I have the perfect solution to your problem. However, I can't mention the name of companies who are not MRA members. If you want to know which product would fit your needs go to www.heibultconstruction.com

Many of the metal shingle systems should work on your application. Through-fastened panels probably will not work ... unless they have been specially curved. Some manufacturers do have curved standing seam. Todd Miller
