The keys are in having a vapor barrier behind the drywall ceiling, plenty of attic floor insulation, a well vented attic (soffti and ridge vent) and the metal roof.
The ridge vent will need to match the metal roof and should be available form your roofing supplier.

I installed a metal roof on a 6/12 pitch on 2x4
perlins without insulation im fixing to begin the insulation process is there something i can do to prevent damage to the sheetrock ceiling due to sweat?
please answer with manufactures i can purchase products from as i cant seem to search some of the generic products suggested in other answers
