i had my brother build this and no i have not contacted the manufacturer. we are at a lose as to why it is leaking if you could give us some clue as where to start to fix it it is a 12 / 2 picth and is the fact that it was screwed down in the flats a problem?

It sounds to me like the metal roofing has been used on a lower pitch than it should have been. Have you contacted the manufacturer?

I would still contact the roofing manufacturer though.
The problem may very well be somewhere up at the top of the panels.
Also, for a 2:12 pitch there maybe should have been sealant in the panel laps. Again, the manufacturer should be consulted.
