What type of product, information, and installation procedures can I get for a second story exposed patio deck with living spaces underneath (actually a bedroom underneath). I live in the north east metropolitan area of Detroit, Michigan, by Mt. Clemens.

If I am properly understanding your situation, you are seeking a metal roof for a very low pitch area and it is something you'd like to be able to walk on (?) If that is correct, I would assume that you wnat the surface to be fairly flat and that you do not want to have to contend with raised seams in the roofing that you'd have to hop over.
For that, you would really need a hand-formed flat seam and soldered or otherwise sealed metal roof. That could be best obtained by working with a local sheet metal shop. You may also want to consider, instead of metal, a rubber membrane roof or something else more suited to this sort of application.

Hello, rubber membrane sounds fine. I am near a TSC store
which is a rural/farm/hardware type store. They have a rubber pad that is about 4'x6'x 1"thick, and I thought of trying to use it but I would have to fill in the seams. The deck is about 16'x12' Would you know what type of construction outfit supplier would have this rubber membrane material? TIA, Frank C.

I am not familiar with what the TSC store has.
As for getting a rubber membrane ... to the best of my knowledge, those products are sold by the manufacturers and distributors only to contractors. This is because the proper performance of the products depends so much upon proper installation so they limit who can install them.
You might, though, find a contractor who would buy materials and let you install them.
