What are the best vents used on metal roofs for venting kitchen exhausts, clothes dryers and bathroom exhaust, in terms of preventing pressurized water from storms entering them or having to climb on roof to weather seal in hurricanes.

There are a variety of what they call "dampered" vents ... I do not know that one manufacturer is better than any other. Braun and Lomanco both make them I believe.

I like the braun ones but it is important that the metal and the base be compatible with your roofing system so I would consult with the roofing manufacturer.
