Putting together a set of working drawings for a single family home, this is the first time we are using a butterfly roof system 3/12 slope on each side. We will be using standing seam, the problem that I have run into is the drainage system, since the roof is only 18'-0" wide we would like to drain it to one side, but can't find any information on this, do you know where I can see a detail of how a system like the one I have mention works. Is it just a simple box/valley gutter system in the middle.

This certainly is a question to ask the roof manufacturer. If you have not selected a product, go to the manufacturers section of the web site and select a product and contact the manufacturer for their recommedations.
