This roof has not been touch for 18 years and it has oxidied badly and also their is lots of shoe marking all aver the roof. I would like to know what I can use to get it clean with no foot marks their.

It is a normal process for any painted surface to chaulk and fade and like a car it likes to be washed and polished. Assuming that you can not recommend a manufacturer of the product and get their recommendation, I would recommend a "Hose it Clean" type touchless car wash soap that is environmentally friendly. may take a couple applications and possibly with a long handle car wash soft bristle applicator. We use a product from TRANSCHEM.
