I read where for 2006, certain energy-saving improvements can be claimed as a tax credit. One of them is pigmented roofs. What are they referring to here?

Some metal roof manufacturers are using coatings which have special pigments in them that reflect radiant heat so that, even in darker colors, reasonably good heat reflection can take place.
