Hi, I work for an architecture firm in Austin, TX, and we've had a few requests lately from clients wanting a metal standing seam roof that looks very rustic and pre-weathered. I've been informed that they do make roofs that look like that now, but I can't find any information on them, or who manufactures them. If you could give me any information on these roofs and where I might be able to find more information, that would be great! Thanks!

Two methods. Take a galvaized panel and acid treat it to start the oxidation process. Second is US Steel offers a prepainted coil that matches the original oxidized steel panels called Cortan. Try their web site.
