We are adding an 8' (x 40') front porch to our home and the design includes a standing seam 24 guage galvanized steel roof that is a curved 12 on 4 pitch. There is also a 2' overhang over the garage doors in the same style.
We are looking at about 600 sq ft of roof.
Our GC has run into issues with finding a supplier who can help us with the materials.
We are considering our options (copper, asphalt, ripping it off and starting again...).
Please let us know if you can help us with additional options.
Thanks.

Hello. Thanks for the question.
I must be missing something because, when I look at the photo, I am not seeing how anything is curved. Maybe you can help me understand?
Generally, though, for a job this size, your most economical way to accomplish a curved roof would be to have a local sheet metal shop custom-form a vertical seam roof to meet your exact needs.
