1. can you tell how the metal roofing to be put down, like what on, plywood. dose this cause any moisture, how to prevent it. and the best way to install the metal roofing on? Best way to insulation? and what about sky lighting best way? thank you

Wow ... for the most part, what you're asking here needs to be answered by individual manufacturers based upon requirements and characteristics of the products they produce.
Many residential products do require solid decking (plywood) with an underlayment on top of that. The underlayment protects the decking from any condensation which might occur.
Proper attic ventilation is critical with any roofing system.
Insulation is best done on top of ceilings. There can be rare instances of incorporating it into a residential roof system. Those would need to be addressed by individual manufacturers.
For energy efficiency, some metal roofs are now using reflective pigments in their coatings.
Skylight flashing is determined by the individual product.
