I am building a 14' x 13' screen room on a concrete slab for our spa. Can metal roofing be install directly onto the 2x6 rafters (spaced 18"oc horizantally between hips)? And are there and concerns with moisture that need to be addressed?

This is a situation which, if unvented, could leave to the collection of condensation.
Additionally, this may be a very low pitch roof so you would need to use a metal roof system appropriate for that pitch.
