I am thinking of installing a metal 5-V Crimp roof in S.W. Florida. I understand the clorine in pool water can damage the metal roofing if any leaks develope. Is this correct? What would be the likely damage.

I am no expert in this area but, generally, if you have a metal roof with a quality finish (such as a Kynar / Hylar coating), it will be pretty resistant to this. The main risk my be accelerated corrosion on any bare edges of the metal.
