You might try the classified in rooferscoffeeshop.com or in some of the magazines such as Metal Home Digest, Metal Construction News, MetalMag, or Metal Roofing.
Quality used machines are not easy to come by.

Dear Sir,
I am looking for roofing standing seam machines to form panels from aluzink coils.
The required width to be 40 cm and the length to be 42 mt.
