Bill Hippard is the newly elected president for the Metal Roofing Alliance. In addition to his commitment to the MRA, Bill is the vice president of sales for Precoat Metals, the largest independent roll coil coater in North America that currently operates nine paint lines in seven facilities throughout the United States.
Most recently Hippard completed a three-year term as the president of the Metal Construction Association, a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to promote the use of metal in construction. The membership of MCA is made up of over 100 companies that are engaged in the manufacture, design, engineering, sales or installation of metal in construction.
In addition, Hippard has also served as Chairman of the Marketing Communications Committee of the National Coil Coaters Association for four years, where he implemented numerous programs to promote the use of pre-painted metal. Bill was a member of the Associate Advisory Council of the Metal Building Manufacturers Association as well.
The Metal Roofing Alliance is a consortium of metal roofing manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and contractors with the main goal of educating consumers about the many benefits of metal roofing.
