Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program and How It Will Help Your Business

Depending on where you live, you may know all about the PACE program, or nothing at all. PACE is an acronym that stands for Property Assessed Clean Energy. PACE financing programs are being launched in many states to allow homeowners to install energy-efficient improvements to their home, such as a metal roof, and pay for them via an annual tax assessment. Under the PACE plan, there is no up-front cost to the property owner – they can install now and pay later.

As the leading industry organization, the Metal Roofing Alliance (MRA) has launched an effort to educate both contractors and consumers about the benefits of the PACE program, and how it can make a dramatic impact in the home improvement market.
