If you choose to join the MRA after your trial ends, you'll receive even more benefits than you did during your free trial! Your company's listing with the contact information you prefer will be available to consumers in the Distributor Direct: Do-It-Yourself Directory for an entire year.
As part of your membership, you'll be able to choose up to four states and up to a 500 mile radius to serve, so that you'll reach the maximum number of consumers while being as conveniently close to them as you'd like. If you'd like to serve a larger area, you can seek approval from your sponsor Manufacturer once you've joined.
In order to be listed in the FIY Directory, you must be approved by a MRA Member Manufacturer. Distributor applications are accepted by Manufacturers based on their relationship with the Manufacturer, the distributor's client record, and their purchasing history. If you do not purchase from one of our Member Manufacturers, you will not be approved as a MRA Member Distributor.

METAL ROOFING DISTRIBUTOR PARTICIPATION AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
By clicking "I Agree" below, the undersigned a metal roofing distributor/material supplier (hereinafter, "Distributor"), hereby applies to participate in the Metal Roofing Alliance (MRA) "Distributor Direct: Do-It-Yourself Directory " program (the "Program"). In consideration of and as a condition of participation, Distributor hereby warrants and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the MRA, its officers, directors, employees, members and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, judgments, liabilities, losses and/or damages, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs (collectively referred to as "claims"), arising out of or relating to Distributor's participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, any claims relating to the quality or performance of metal roofing materials supplied and/or the quality of work performed.
Distributor understands that MRA does not endorse the products or services of any of the companies listed in the Program. Distributor warrants and agrees not to make any claim or representation that MRA has endorsed any products or services.
Distributor further understands that participation in the Program requires the sponsorship of a Manufacturer member in good standing. In the event that the sponsoring Manufacturer becomes not of good standing, Distributor will be notified and given 30 days within which to obtain the sponsorship of another Manufacturer in good standing or be removed from the Program.
The warranties, indemnification and hold harmless provisions of this agreement shall survive Distributor's participation in the program and/or membership in MRA.
