Bronze Membership

$400.00 plus $400.00 per each additional location

Silver Membership

$1,000.00 plus $500.00 per each additional location

  • DVD’s of presentations and seminars

Gold Membership

$2,500.00 (includes 5 locations) plus $500.00 per each additional location
